About the Firm's Lead Attorney and Founder
Matthew Martell, in private practice for the past 9 years, has represented clients charged with a variety of criminal offenses, represented veterans in the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and represented clients in litigation ranging from Civil Rights violations to mechanics lien disputes. After hearing from his clients about the tremendous difficulty they face in finding employment and housing -- due to their arrest records -- he decided to make expungement law a primary focus of his practice.
